This is the current purchase list I have for CVS and Walgreens for 5/6. There are some good deals.
PLEASE do NOT shelf clear(buying every item on the shelf, leave items for other people) Please do NOT shop normal busy hours, try early mornings, late nights, so you don't make tellers angry. Use more respect then you usually do, because your couponing takes a lot of patience from a retail person.

Where do I get my coupons

A lot of people don't know how many coupons are out there. It's not just your Sunday paper, though they are great (I get 5-6 papers every week).

http://www.commonkindness.com/printable-grocery-coupons/7 (this site is GREAT, the donate to charity for each coupon you use)
www.coupons.com
www.redplum.com
www.smartsource.com
Lots of places have coupons on their facebook pages
There are also coupons on the site of most places you shop (CVS/Walgreens/Publix/Target/DollarGeneral/etc)

If the coupon is something you will use, consider printing it, it will be gone before the items go on sale worth using usually.

Happy Couponing
